Christmas Business Decor Contest

The LGAA once again sponsored a town Christmas Business Decor Contest. Businesses in town participated by decorating their storefront for the holiday and/or painting holiday scenes on their windows.

Prizes:

1st Place: $100 & Trophy: Madelyn’s Flowers
2nd Place: $50: Rowland’s Quick Shop
3rd Place: $25: Cowan Insurance
People’s Choice: Hometown Shirt Shack

The winners can pick up their prizes at the next LGAA meeting, Jan. 8, at 5:30 p.m.

Contest Criteria: Creativity, Christmas theme, artistic design and composition

NOTE: Businesses are responsible for cleaning their windows after the holidays. Painters are responsible for providing their own paint and brushes.
