The following includes just some of the programs the LGAA has sponsored.

LG Town Mural Restoration: LGAA member Ray Grass restored the town mural with funds for the paint and encouragement from the LGAA. Grass has also restored the signs at the Town Hall building and the Chamber’s sign on the west end of town.

Designed by Betty Perkins and written by Roxann Yates, the newsletter is made possibly by a printing donation from Anchor-Stone and the funds from ads in it, which are the LGAA’s main source of income.

Fresh Paint Days: The LGAA has participated in Fresh Paint Days twice and gave a facelift to the In-N-Out Center, Hometown Shirt Shack and the LGAA office.

Gallery Exhibits: Since Justin and Linda Cowan donated their building to the LGAA, we have put on a variety of art contests and exhibits, including In an Instant: Instant Camera Photo Show, Handmade Holiday Ornament Contest and Show, Love Is Contest and Show, and History & Habitat: Photography of Betty Perkins and Marea Breedlove.
